Back in October after returning to our cottage after a full day of hiking we opened the couch to pull out the bed so we could lie down while we watched tv. No keys to the back door, Stairs are unsafe, etc. We have stayed several times and have found we are having to make repairs to the cottages we stay in (door jams are not being cleaned thereby making it difficult to slide the door opened and to close. "Although we love the experiences we have had at Laguna Del Sol and have enjoyed meeting so many people with the same mindset, I am just getting the feeling that the staff working at Laguna just don’t seem to have their heart in it nor care what the experience their customers have.
